Problems with premium module

Just need to know if anyone is using epoch for premium module, and has experienced when someone watches a few videos then their account is kicked back to registered. People join but they can't watch videos so they get a refund. This has happened countess times, now to the point where it's every join it seems. It's like I'm trying to play ball but steady getting clunked in the face with the ball. It's only but so much one can take. Plus I have to give these people free membership for their inconvenience, so it's like I'm losing twice.

I am using ccbill with no problems at all. So I guess it might be a problem with this specific gateway.

Yes your right there is problem with epoch as far as rebills and upgrades, which symtab has the code to hopefully get that part of it fixed soon. But this is when they actually have been approved successfully and actually watch 1 or 2 vids then it changes them back to registered user. I have epoch for another specific reason to do with streamate so I really don't wanna switch. Plus it's seems like when I switched from zombaio, which is like ccbill, I started getting alot more sign ups. Think it's something to do with zombaio's anti fraud whatever thingamajiggy that prevents people from joining. At anyrate this has been pure agony and I'm just ready to get it working smoothly so I don't wake up to refunds and bad emails.

What version of the script and what version oft he premium module? (in Admin -> Extend -> Module Manager you can see premium module version). There was a bug in a older version where users where downgraded.
