Hi,

If anyone is interested in the Video JS (http://www.videojs.com) integration in Adult Script Pro. Currently works with mp4 files only and can also display your logo.

The price is 49$.

With Nuevoplayer this is also not a problem to play videos as HTML5 player only. Enough is to change player's fallback order.
The advantage is that such player use smooth HLS type of streaming which doesn't require any streaming mods on server.
Disadvantage is that video type support varies from browser to browser. Opera won't play MP4, some versions of Firefox as well.
Windows Safari requires Quick Time plugin.
Unfortunately I don't have a hope to chage this situation until h264 codec is commercial project.
So FLASH players are still in game, or someone have enough disk spce to convert videos in webm and ogg format.

But of course conversion for h264/MP4 files only is right direction. Not only because of streaming, but also such videos are usually of higher quality at similar file size.

@Nuevolab: For the fallback you have to convert all videos to flv too, is that true ? I know that this is needed because of the 100000 different Browsers with 100000 different supported codecs. Need more storage

Sorry Coscast but I do not understand you, what you mean by fallback.
Adult script already have FLV video as default and mobile video as mp4 and Nuevoplayer detects it automatically, switches to HTML5 if mobile device and use mobile mp4 video.

Best option would be to have only h264/mp4 videos.
But even then this is not suggeted to use HTML5 player as primary player because h264/mp4 will not play on Opera and probably not on Firefox.

On nuevolab.com it's playing, but only because apart of mp4 we have also webm copy for each video.
On video.js homepage apart of mp4 there are also webm and even ogg sources defined, so it's playing on all browsers. But having mp4 only is not enough to use HTML5 player for desktop browsers.

I see still it's difficult to understand what HTML5 for video is, what formats it supports on what browsers.

This is included by default in Adult Script Pro 2.0. Removing.
