Convert ALL Flvs to mp4
In CSV.php please make it so, that ALL FLVs are converted to mp4. Isn't it better that all videos are MP4? And do NOT reconvert Mp4 into Mp4. Just copy them.

totally agree, I would love to drop .flv videos entirely but it doesn't work yet. especially uploaded .flvs mostly don't convert to mp4 :-(
