The only problem here is that with video CMS's you need a different mobile site. Also it is better to monetize when you have a separate mobile site.
the best design as i see from other sites is:
desktop site 1000px-1250px ( +1250px will lower banner visibility, also 1000px looks good on table device no need to have a lower width.)
mobile site 300px - 480px
Responsive template it will be great for adult search script.

Yeah...for Adult Search Script i already have responsive site with mobile included. For Adult Script Pro its easy to have separate mobile, you only need to add a few cononicals to separate mobile url.
