I need to make all my links DoFollow, it's currently NoFollow for footer, how can i change this?

@systab, Lol you know i just be rolling with it trial and errors, anyhow i change the <li> line in the link footer widget with the bootstrap footer widget and the "nofollow" rel is gone. Did i do that correct or just a wrong short fix??
