Getting ASP Ready - Do's & Don'ts?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated on what i'd need to make sure of before i launch my ASP to the public...?

Besides me entering the usual, Keywords + Meta into the site and pages etc, my knowledge is limited as this is a first site like this i have done.

Im in no way ready for the big day yet but as im adding content and sorting out all seo tasks it would be nice to check back here to find out what others have done to make things run as smoothly as poss from the start to launch...

When do you know your ready for the launch? - When you have your videos, Pics + few things up in your forum?

When did you decide to add the Payment Plan? - When you are already established or straight from the word GO?

I personally have a checklist for my sites:

1. Get logo.
2. Change the SEO things (and language in admin)
3. Get videos (and photos and some forum articles if its the case)

Thats it. I dont think you should add a premium from the start. For premium you need good content and for that you need to pay money.

Thanks for that, when you say 'change language in admin' do you mean add more languages to the list? because i only have english?

How many languages do you add to your list?

You dont mean more languages. You can change the title of the boxes (RECENT FREE PORN VIDEOS, WATCHED FREE PORN VIDEOS and so on...). These can be changed from the language manager and also meta_title.

Free logo-makers?? ...it would be rude not to check them out My photoshop skills arn't quite there yet lol.
