Getting this white page error if i run mass csv import after upgrading to the newest version

Query: INSERT INTO video_category SET cat_id = 1, video_id = 29135
Error Message:
Error Number:

or this one

Query: SELECT unique_id FROM video_csv_imported WHERE unique_id = '' LIMIT 1
Error Message:
Error Number:

This issue dun happen anymore since you worked on our install. But there is still the issue with "embedded" selection - the clips aren´t found message on the front end if you start them. I emailed you all but there is no fix yet and no reply from you

i have problem whit take the image when i do mass embed it take the images but when i use mass csv not work upload the video but whiout images i try whit csv of brazzers , mofos and other and is the same.

So the problem appears only when you select to download the thumb?

If i select "Embed Code" it´s missing the clip on the front end. If i select "hotlink Video" and "Download Thumb" the thumbs aren´t shown on the acp Video Information page.

What about this problem? I cant upload flv (hotlink) videos because dont download the thumbs , i dont not for what. Any update about this problem?

I have tested with several CSVs including the one that you've sent me via email. Importing via hotlink works correctly. Importing via embed has a bug. To fix the embed bug edit admin/modules/video/models/video.php and add:

embed_code = '".$this->db->escape($embed)."',

after:

type = '".$this->db->escape($video['type'])."',
