admin login error
hi, i cannot login to my admin section any longer, the lost password feature does not even resend my password again. How do i get my password reset as i did try through the phpadmin but it fails to update it. Please help with suggestions to info@kinkyporn.tv

sessions is in cpanel in /tmb/sessions/ do not delete index files try it otherwise send email to adrian he will fix that.

phpadmin will not change password directly. in file manager it will be there.

so mind me..im a bit slow...how do exactly go about changing it.. do i do it in the file manager or in the cpanel, which icon do i click on? i think adrian is a little busy today as he isnt replying to my emails.

Go In Cpanel Click file Manager And Go In Folder tmb And In tmb Go to sessions and there select all files leaving index file and delete.

In order to reset your password you need to edit admin/index.php and comment out the following line (commenting out means adding // before that line):
VAuth::check('Administrator', ADMIN_URL.'/login.php');so after you commented out that line, it would look like:
//VAuth::check('Administrator', ADMIN_URL.'/login.php');You can do this from FTP.
Now go to http://www.yourdomain.com/admin/index.php and go to User -> Manager and edit your username and change your password.
Login via FTP again and uncomment the line that you commented out before (THIS IS IMPORTANT. DO NOT FORGET TO DO THIS).

I had the same issue and it was due to the redirect from non-www to www domain. Check the /domain.com/config.php, 'base url' line to see if the url reflects the one being used, such as 'www.domain.com' for a domain with a redirect to www.
