[FIXED] admin forum reply
when you click on add reply on the forums it comes up with this error: Failed to load admin forum component (reply_add)!

I will leave this bug for BETA4 to be fixed as i'm planning to change the forum bbcode parsing code. Currently we support a few bbcode standard notations, i want to add more and also make sure nesting quotes work.

Here's a list of bugs fixed and features added for the forum module in BETA4:

- more of a improvement, new bbcode parsing rules, support more bbcode, faster and more testing
