Banner/Ad Dimensions?

Im strugling to figure out which ad group goes where, Does anyone know the sizes of these ads around the video player? Im not sure if im putting ads in the wrong place or im putting them in the right place but its the wrong size and not showing up?

Video View Right is 300x250.
Video Player is 650x100 (or anything you want).

I cannot add the sizes in admin, because it depends on the template.

Video view right i have got in, but still no luck with getting one underneath it. whats the name of the group that sits under video view right? And is it a 300x250 too?

I have read through that thread but im sorry i still dont understand how to get the right hand side square advert up next to the flash player., ive tried every ad group but no luck.

I did manage to get the 300x250 ad in the "view video right" like you said to but there is still the same size blank space under it so iv'e been assuming its a 300x250 thats got to go there too?

So far i understand that the 'view video right' means next to the player on the top row? But if i put the same ad in 'view video bottom' it doesnt appear.

Ahhh...sorry, i didnt understand exactly what you were asking. I apologise for the misunderstanding. Basically you can add 2 html/javascript ad codes and separate them by <br /><br />. In the future there will be 2 separate ad spots for he video right position.

there seems to be another slight problem, Im now trying to use html/javascript banners instead so i can split them like you said but for some reason they dont show.

when i press refresh on the video view page - i can see it tries to load the banner but it just flashes off quickly.
No advert appears just a 1 second glimpse of the outline where it should be.

The ad code that you entered has no image:

and thats why it doesnt appear. Basically for the src of img you need a full URL.

Thankyou Adrian, I can see what im doing wrong now - I replaced the img code with the image url and it works great. I should of noticed that really, you taught me something good today
