When you add videos with the FTP Upload do the videos appear as Queued in the admin? Or are the videos by default in Converting?

I'm sorry, but i did not understand exactly what the problems is. Please answer the following questions:
1. After you add the videos via Mass Upload FTP are the videos marked as Queued?
2. After the video is converted does the video go to Approve Required?

1. I upload through the from FTP batch conversion is more than 50 MB of video is not marked as queue, but always stays in the Converting, need artificial approved after about half an hour, he stopped batch conversion, however, need to upload again the from FTP and transformation.
