Hello Adrian,

Having trouble with admin timing out on uploads after migrating to a new server. Also, not sure dns maybe why, but videos not playing on some servers. Can you please have a look? login emailed.

I'm basically dead in the water right now. I can't understand what could be the problem if I got ffmpeg installed, size limit is 1024MB and all the media folders are 777 I'm not sure what the frick is happening right now

Like i told you via email, the problem is the server configuration. Either apache or nginx is not configured correctly. You are using plesk which means i cannot simply modify the config files, i need to know where in the plesk admin i have to change this, and unfortunately i do not know this....you are using a combo of nginx + apache which complicates things even further.

This means the following config needs to be changed in nginx: client_max_body_size 1024m; however i cannot do this because plesk overwrites the config. Searching on google does not tell me where plesk has this stuff in admin. I recommend hiring someone that knows about plesk.
