the mass xml reporter is set to 10
i tried changing to 1000, but it said recommended to set to 10, so i changed back to 10
does this mean that it will take me 10 days to import 100 videos on an xml feed of 100 videos ?

Its set to 10 because you can have multiple xml feeds, and you dont want to add 1000 videos from one feed and 1000 from another, you want 10 from one, 10 from next, 10 from next and so on...to be mixed.

but it took 2 hours to upload 10 videos, so i guess i don't want to upload 1000 videos

If it tooks 2 hours to upload 10 videos then you are not doing something right. You can change the cron for video feed from 1 hour to 10 minutes in admin tools cron scripts.
