Videos keep buffering long load time

Having trouble with streaming. Videos just keep buffering taking a long time to load. Using lighttpd. Can you please check http://thatassphat.com/211/phat-booty-riding-dildo/

Problem in desktop, they work in mobile.

I check,

works for me but is just slow..... loading play for few sec and again loading

yep here the same.

What i saw its runs 5 sec and its buffering then runs 5 sec and buffering again,

Symtab will be online tomorrow :-) Usually if the videos buffer it means either: there is not enough bandwidth or the server that serves the videos is having memory leaks...

You are using a lot of bandwidth:

Min: 4.94 MBit/s
Max: 107.07 MBit/s

When did this start to happen? Because from the script there isnt anything i can do. I can restart nginx if you want...but thats it. Or setup a bandwidth limit for each visitor in nginx.
