We can provide free support for the following issues:
1. Bug fixes.
2. Configuration, usage and administration questions.
3. Server configuration questions.
The following are NOT considered free support:
1. Upgrading the script to a newer version. We will send you the new version (and also the upgrade zip) for free and the upgrade can be done very easy following the UPGRADE.txt and README.txt files in the archive. If you want us to do the script upgrade, it costs 29$.
2. Upgrading the modules and/or templates. We will send you the new versions for the modules and the upgrade can be done very easy following the README.txt file in the archive.. If you want us to upgrade the modules for you, it costs 29$.
3. Server configuration (installation of the required server packages, web server configuration). We can provide you with the solution for the problems, but you will have to configure the server or hire a server administrator. We can also configure the server for you through our Server Setup service, which costs 49$.
4. Script modifications.
5. 3rd party modules and/or templates.
6. SEO problems. We will recommend you on page modifications, but we cannot do these modifications for you.
