How to customize my own embed videos so it goes to my site video url after clicking on play a second time, or pause or any other button on the embed after load play button the first time?

You can edit the embed.php file and there you can add custom javascript that does what you want...

Yes, this seems like a good idea. I'll add the option to redirect to the parent url (video url) when a user clicks on the player (except the play button or control bar).
