I have many users uploading videos but some of them are failings to convert...ive noticed it is often avi video files...Can you help me debug this Adrian? Thank.

Hmmm...videos that fail to convert are using bad formatted or something...if the rest of the videos convert, then there are possible causes:
1. ffmpeg is not setup correctly
2. the videos are corrupt
