MASS EMBED PARTIALLY WORKING FOR SOME REASON maybe because i had host increase php settings Upload & Post maximum file size as you advised me to check in my admin panel for host config.
EXCEPT i get an occasional warning at top video:

OK somehow these errors disapear after about 10-30 minutes.
What's going on?
There will be errors for 30 minutes every time i create mass embed?

For the ocasional error i dont know what that is, its 100% has something to do with your integration.
The mass grabber itself works, however since you index with sphinx and you search by default, you could set all your videos to suspended and when the cron runs to index your videos you just set them to active/published. This way it will work. From what you described, the problem is that after you add videos from the mass grabber on the frontpage a search will not work?

The problem is new embed thumbs and titles usually show, but when i click thumb to play i get the error message.
My integration? for the moment i only have a different index page , the script is in an independent sub folder
Whats the difference between suspend and delete?

I really have trouble understanding that, does it mean all videos should be in 'suspend ' by default? and new one in active mode,
How am i supposed to switch them like that? The cron runs every hour...
Can you please explain in more clear detail, i have trouble with this one, and this situation makes site look terrible

I tried this way: i mass embed as suspended and then once mass embed is done i go to admin and activated them and its working, so far no error messages, is that what you where saying?
It fixed it for the moment, what will it be when i set a cron job to fetch videos automatically?

Hmm...if it works the way you said, then the problem is not where i initially thaught. The first page of your site is a search results page?

The full default script including default landing page is in a sub folder of main index, non-modified all default template,
