I noticed just now that the Banner Clicks aren´t counted in the acp statistics when you select the option to open in a new tab.

ok i see the problem is. the 2 advertisements you mentioned i.e is Front Left Advertising
are both Direct embedded codes using the "html/javascript"
which is why it is not being counted in the ACP stats for advertisements { clicks/views}
because for that you need an advertisement link similar to [http://www.tgutube.com/adv/6/]
how ever as far as i understand you have added the HTML code so 2 different advertisements are shown on the same location i.e "Front Left Advertising" instead of using the Rotate advertise feature which at 1 time shows 1 advertisement.
THIS IS HOW I MANAGED TO FIX THIS.
add 2 individual advertisements with all the details as usual and keep them"activated" 1 at a time.
now go to the Front Left Advertising OR click on "preview banner" and copy link location ( This will give you the similar link to http://www.tgutube.com/adv/6/) which as we discussed before counts in ACP
now repeat this same procedure for advertisement 2
now you have 2 links like this http://www.tgutube.com/adv/5/ and http://www.tgutube.com/adv/6/
Go Back to Acp and suspend both the advertisements and now add a 3rd advertisement (with HTML code so 2 advertisements are shown at same time, Not rotate) which is not possible under normal circumstances
so the html code which some what looks like this
<div><a href="http://www.xxxxxx.com/click.asp?det=webmasterxxxxxxxx target="_blank"><img src= "http://www.xpictbucket.net/uploads/1306285734.gif"</a><br></br><a href="http://xxxx2.com/track/1234izseilkln/" target="_blank"1"><img src= "http://www.xpictbucket.net/uploads/1301981229.gif"</a></div>
will now look like this.
<div><a href="http://www.tgutube.com/adv/5/"_blank"><img src= "http://www.xpictbucket.net/uploads/1306285734.gif"</a><br></br><a href="http://www.tgutube.com/adv/6/ " target="_blank"1"><img src= "http://www.xpictbucket.net/uploads/1301981229.gif"</a></div>
with new links which will be counted under each respective advertisement 1 and 2 individually. which are now suspended to make way for Advertisement 3.
in essence the advert 1 and 2 are just for link redirection and 3 purely for "views" stats and looks/layout of advert pictures.
i know this post seems redundant, but this had to be done.
btw i am an occasional staff at Tgu.

The ideas is very good, altough i'm searching for methods to be able to count the ad clicks even if the code is html/javascript (maybe with some javascript event catching, not sure yet).
