This is a bug that will appear if you have more than 32000 videos. Its already fixed in the upcomming BETA4.
The videos thumbs scheme changed from:
THUMB_URL/VIDEO_ID/THUMB.jpgto:
VIDEO_ID -> 000000000 + VIDEO_ID
EXAMPLE: VIDEO_ID = 23456
THUMB_URL/000/023/356/THUMB.jpgThis new scheme will support 999999999 videos.
