I only use video embeds..so far and if I would like to change the thumb or thumbs of a video, it would be nice to delete or upload within the edit video section. Right now I do not know of an alternative, if there is let me know. If I want to change the thumb I must delete the entire video and start over. It would be user friendly to have a delete thumb and upload thumb next to the images in the video edit section. Currently there is not. Maybe it's the same for FLV uploads?

Its the same for FLV uploads and you are right, there is no way to actually upload the thumbs. Will add this in the future.
