when iam trying to upload videos from "upload from ftp" say video A(it is in wmv format) .After i click Add videos it is continously running and one empty index file is downloaded and script running is stoped and when i click on video tab in admin then i seen 6 videos with the same name "video A" and status of all is converting.Can you tell me what is the problem

Hmm...i cant really figure out what the problem is from what you've described. Please send me a email with FTP access (also if you have ssh root access) and i will check tomorrow.

ok trying to be more clear
1. when iam trying to upload a video of size nearly 4 gb (wmv format) from admin using uload ftp. iam a getting blank screen after some time and when i again login and click on the videos tab i saw 6 videos with same name.the problems with huge videos only when iam tried upload small videos it is fine the script is running fine .can you tell me why it is happening.
This is another issue.
2.I got mail from ccbill
"We were unable to add a user to your website utilizing the CCBill User Management System. We have billed the user, but the user authentication information needs to be added to the corresponding website or their subscription will be cancelled.
The error we received from your server Never Reached!"
i think it is return url configuration issue can u tell me where to change.

Please email me your license key and ssh root access.
1. I need ssh root access to check the configuration (with files over 1 GB, there could be a lot of problems, like large file support in ffmpeg and other tools).
2. The CCBILL user management tool does not need to add any user, it just notifies that the payment was done. Make sure to contact ccbill and tell them to enable dinamic pricing for your account. The return url is: yourdomain.com/premium/ipn/

where should i change the return url in ccbill admin login or in our application.because it is a subscription page does it will recurr the payment as per subscription automatically
i will ask client for ssh login and licence key and let you know

Hmm...actually if i remember correctly, its set automatically. Do you have dinamic pricing enabled?

I think in the CCBill Administration panel. I just tested (i didnt remember exactly, been some time since i worked on the ccbil payment integration) and the url doesnt appear in the form.

i received mail from a client regarding ccbill.
"A customer has complained of not being able to log in to your website. When we tried to resubmit Subscription Id 0311267601000003396's username and password, we received an error. Depending upon your configuration, this may be by design. If that is the case, please disregard this e-mail. If not, it is most likely a problem with a CCBill CGI file or another associated CCBill file which is misconfigured."
the dynamic billing is configured.

To what URL did they try to submit? CCBILL does not manage the users on your site. The script does. Whats the users username? You can check in admin and see if its suspended, if its premium and so on. If you can please send me the ssh root access i will check the big file upload problem. If i remember correctly, ccbill has a testing method. Enable your account for testing and then you can test with the credit cards they give you and see if it works (it should work, we have other clients for which ccbill works and i also tested and it works). If you email me the required data i can test for your site also.

the username is suspended in admin account.
i asked the client for ssh he said he will give me as soon as he give me the details we look in to big file upload problem

If the username is suspended in admin, this means that the payment never went through. In our next version even if the payment is not completed (or IPN did not work), the user will still have a non-premium active account.

1. I setup an testaccount and done a payment with it. when click on approval url which is returning to ourdomain.com/premium/ipn/ .(it is redirecting to ourdomain.com/enter/) page.
why it is happening.is some thing wrong in the code (I turn off the usermanagement system in the ccbill and it is dynamic pricing now).it should be dynamic billing or dynamic pricing ?
2 can we play wmv directly.i uploaded the file in flv folder without converting and it uploaded successfully and tried to play the video iam getting an error 200 stram not found and i found that it is taking the path as media/videos/flv/123.flv but my file is wmv

1. Something is wrong in our code. Never thaught about this before. You can fix this by disabling the enter page. Or i can send you a modified index.php that disables it automatically for IPN.
2. You cant play WMV. All files are converted to FLV and/or MP4.

Now that we have disabled the age check page and then processed the test payment,
We are facing two more issues in the payment process where in
1. The success page after the payment is showing blank as the domainname.com/premium/ipn
2. The user status is turning active however the name is empty in the manage users page in the admin control.
Please let us know how can we fix them
