Fixed. In order to fix you need to edit admin/templates/default/video_config.tpl.php and search for:
<input name="log" type="radio" class="radio" value="1"and:
<input name="delete_orig" type="radio" class="radio" value="1"In both cases replace value="1" with value="0"
