Its possible converting all files to mp4 HD?

Only HD conversion is nota available, however what i can do is delete the FLV file if the HD MP4 conversion was done successfuly. Is this what you want?

I mean when user upload low quality video, its converted to high quality, this dont work?

And your idea is good This save space on server.

It does not matter what quality the video has, if its > 352x288 then it will be converted to H264/AAC. The filesize of the mp4 file is almost always smaller than the FLV (i saw a few cases when the video was already FLV, and if converted to mp4 the file was bigger). Converting to H264/AAC doesnt mean that the video is HD. The downsides are longer conversion time, recent flash plugin is needed, better CPU is needed (viewers computer), the upsides are better quality and lower filesize.

Oh, thanks for explanation symtab. If i understand what you say, i have upload videos only 352x288 and more for HD conversion.

Yes. The min width/height for a video to be considered for MP4 conversion is defined in config/video.php.
