Will installing JWplayer on aspro effect embedded videos on other websites?
Will installing it change the way people get the embed code?

Just installing JWplayer wont affect the embedded videos on other websites or the way people get the embed code. If you change the code for embedding in templates/your-template/video_view.tpl.php, then the way people get the embed code will change, also if you edit modules/video/player/config_embed.php will affect embedded videos on other sites.
