KVM access
what is and how is work?? my server have problem and they say to me from host service i have 2 options
1) KVM access to fix th problem
or
2) must reload OS again

KVM Access is a kind of pre-boot system access.
With KVM Access you're able to install an Operating System on your Server via Remote.
I do not want to write too much, because you'll find many terms on that by googling
