Is it possible to swap Most Recent Porn Videos with Most Viewed Porn Videos?
That way on the main page it gives the illusion to anyone coming on the site that the place is active and worth coming back too.

It is very easy to make this modification. By default the script itself cannot do this, but like i said, its easy to change. You can even have featured videos.

Edit modules/frontpage/frontpage.php and replace:
ORDER BY v.add_time DESC";with:
ORDER BY v.total_views DESC";These videos will never change though.

Edit templates/your-template/frontpage.tpl.php and find this line:
<div class="content-box-title"><?php echo (isset($this->featured)) ? __('featured-title') : __('recent-title'); ?></div>replace:
<?php echo (isset($this->featured)) ? __('featured-title') : __('recent-title'); ?>with whatever text you want.
