RSS vs CVS
So basically which is better and why would you choose one over the other if the sponsor supports both?

I use XML for all my sites. Used CSV before adding support for XML in the script. Its easier, the XML is always there, always with new content and always ready to be pushed :-)

I agree. XML is handy since there are lots of application that could handle this. Saves you a lot of headache in the future.
You're never a loser until you quit trying.
