Why videos loading so slow?

Wondering why my site videos loading so slow?
other site's video is loading like instant, and mine takes about a minute to load.
Is there anything I can tune?

I think i've set a pre-buffer of 10 seconds or 15 seconds in lighttpd for mp4 videos. The videos are also 1 hour long...

what's the best settings? is it possible to make it instant play like other sites?

I think it will too depend with the upload speed of your internet. More the internet speed,more the upload speed

My server upload speed is 1000mb, I dunno if this is enough?

If its 1000mbps then its more than enough.

I reboot the server, now it's better, although not as fast as other sites, but reasonable.
