If you plan to stream from your server don't get a dual core atom..

Atom processors aren't that great.
Personally I operate on dedis however I'll give you suggestions on hosts, I use both and have for a couple of years and they're reasonable:

i had that and now i m change host......in this they lost my files ,and they have many times disk problem....... SO DO NOT GO THERE

I use both hosts.
With Netrouting I have a custom quad core dedi as I had special requirements at the time, works out about $160 a month.

If you will ask me, I would go for Dreamhost since it has been knowned for years. I found it stable compared to other services you mentioned.
