You Should First Say That Person That its Not Uploaded By Its Uploaded By user And If It is Copyrighted By That Person then He Should Send You Copy Copyright Documents So You can take Reasonable Steps Against User And Content.

@THS......... I Favor In This Thing To You That He Should Remove That But He Should First Verify That Because Some Time People Make Fake Reports We Noticed Many Times. Just See The Copyright Paper And Then Remove It.

The thing is, copyright (in the US) is established the moment someone creates it. You do not have to register it with the US Copyright Office. All the time, people have an image that they saved from the internet and claim the copyright. As long as they can prove they had it before you, they win - until someone comes up with it proving they had it before that person. So basically, if you are subscribing to the US way of doing it, its not worth it as you know you are not the original content provider. If your user that posted it can prove he had it before the other person, then you are good, but it if they can't then you are in trouble. Also, what if the person who posted it lies about being the content originator. Just in general, imo, take it down and spare yourself the grief.

You Can take It Down Its Ok But US Have This Law We Know That Also But If he Proves Ok We Can Remove But he Cant Then We Can Keep It He Should Give Some Proof That Its His Work We Have No problem In Removing Just We Want to confirm And Every Company Do That Then Only They Remove It.
