While googling my site, I found an interesting error. I am not sure if this is a template issue or what. If you go to:
You will see the theme - as modified. If you go to:
http://www.thehiddenshelf.com/users/admin/
You see it defaults to the original theme and bypasses my menu config and links.
Thoughts on this?

Its a bug already fixed in 1.0. You have caching enabled. Right?

Yes but it happens even after clearing the cache. Is there something I missed?

ASP has 2 themes one for main site one for user profile.
take a look at css file at your profile http://www.thehiddenshelf.com/users/admin/
/profile/templates/default-pink/css/style.css?v3

Ah HA! I did not know that nor did I look. I thought it would have one profile for the frontend and one for the backend. Is there a reason for this and/or is there a plan to combine it with the frontend template?
UPDATE: I fixed my layout issue, but I still have the main menu displaying for the sub_menu. I have cleared the cache on the server as well as in the browser and it still shows.
UPDATE2: Symtab originally posted where the problem was and after comparing the two versions of the plugin, I found the bad code. To resolve the submenu issue go to:
templates/your-template/extend/plugins/submenu.plugin.php
Lines 6 & 16:
Change:
main_links
To:
submenu_links
