Edit templates/your-template/css/style.css and search for input.submit

Actually I want the color of my theme is Pink. How can I change that. I already made some changes to pink. But some color like the navigation is still green.

You need to change the background image bg-submit.jpg which is located in templates/your-template/images/bg-submit.jpg
