Adding photo module results in 404 not found

I can add every other menu except photo module without it displaying the 404 not found page. I used to have the photo module up but then deleted it, but now I've decided I'd like it back, or at least like the choice. Does anyone know why it might be doing this? and how I might be able to fix it?

be sure you copy back the files in modules/photo/* as well as templates/yourtemplate/photo_*.tpl.php

Do you mean via FTP or admin panel?...What I do is > menu > add > photo module > link > photo module > ........but then 404 page not found is displayed?

Also say every 5th click on my "community" menu it displays the 404 not found page, something wrongs going on? any advice?

upload via ftp all modules that you deleted.
