How do I add (or make the videos I've got on the main site) show up on the mobile version of the site??

if they have been uploaded they should be generated by the server unless they are embedded then they will not work

I've got both embedded and uploaded vids, but none of the uploaded display themselves on the mobile site, what might be wrong???

Onlye upload videos can appear in the mobile part of the site and there are a few conditions (obvious condition: latest ffmpeg version with support for required libraries) and the video must be > 480x270. You can lower this in config/video.php (search for mobile_min_width and mobile_min_height).
