For your hosted/embedded videos, its already there in RC4. If you are talking about embed/hotlink vids its not possible.

Just login to your admin, go to the Advertising tab, click the Add tab, and choose the Embedded Player Overlay as the position and fill out the rest of the form with your ad info. Click save and its active (might need to clear cache).

That would display a video of a specific id in an iframe. What exactly are you trying to do, just display an ad over a video?

Over videos you are hosting right? There is a thread in docs that shows you how to mod FlowPlayer to work. The code you posted is for 1.0. We are all on RC4 now so that will not work yet.
