When I click on update in manage user .. Query: INSERT INTO domain_user_premium SET user_id = 1, start_date = '', end_date = '', credit = 0, status = '1' LIMIT 1

Remove the LIMIT 1 in the offending file. Off the top of my head it would be admin/modules/user/components/add.php or edit.php or manage.php.

yeah the LIMIT 1 is a bug and its removed in 1.0
