I went to search my website on google, but I can not find any video title from google, is it possible to make it searchable?

They already are. You need to use and submit sitemaps to google. You need to perform a ton of SEO. I have over 350K videos and google has only indexed 38K. So keep that in mind.

So I created a video sitemap xml file, and the SEO meta description points to the xml file, am I doing it right?

You need to create a Sitemap and a Video Sitemap (only if you host videos) from Admin -> Tools and submit those to google/yahoo/bing.

I created video sitemap xml, but the file is only 254B, and I have over thousand videos, does this sounds normal?
I worry the file don't take UTF8 characters? I don't see any url inside the xml file.

In both cases the sitemap is a sitemap index file, which means that the file will link to several sitemap files. Its normal, but you can always email us and we will check.

did google index the videos whan i have a Guest Limit enable ?
there is no way to add google bots at Reg user so that google can add all videos and not see as guest that block after limit the bandwich i have enter for guest?

It does not matter, robots are allowed to view the page.
