how can i change the number of tags i want to show more as 4 tags

If you are talking about Video -> View then you need to edit templates/your-template/js/jquery.video-0.1.js

You need to edit templates/your-template/extend/widgets/tags_left.widget.php

LIMIT 100change that to a bigger number for more tags.
