Hey, I have recently found a keywords that would be perfect for promoting ASP. I setup a website and yesterday spent a good 5 hours writing content for the website. It is essentialy a guide to making a porn tube, with AVS being the supported script for the guide, simply because it is the best. Some pretty clear reasons why ASP is the best are outlined on the first page and they are all legitimate reasons.
I applied for Avangate to start promoting ASP, they sent me back an email saying my application has been declined because my website is under construction. To me this is pathetic, who in their right mind declines someone that want to make money for them? I tried to reapply, but it says my email and website are already in the system. I tried to log in but my email would not work. It seems to me that its not just my website that is not yet complete.
I am requesting that ASP move to ClickBank or if contracts allow it, use both. ClickBank is much more user friendly and have a much wider audience. I think this would be in the best interest of the ASP developers because a move to ClickBank would mean a much wider exposure. This would mean that ASP would get the credit they deserve and AVS would be rendered redundant.
Cheers

We cannot move to clickbank, but we will talk with Avangate. You are not the first person that gets denied as affiliate because their site is incomplete, its just how they work, in my opinion, sites should be allowed and marked as incomplete and checked again in 2 weeks or so. BTW...you used both AVS and ASP words, i hope you want to promote Adult Script Pro :-)
Adult Scripts: Adult Script Pro - Adult Search Script
Adult Advertising/Traffic: Plug Rush - EXOClick - PopAds

I agree! It is in their best interest to have affiliate information on the website before traffic starts to come in. I am planning to promote ASP as it is by far the superior product, but I don't think this is going to be possible. This morning I got a reply from Avengate.
"We are sorry but your website conflicts with our acceptance policy, more specific - It promotes material with explicit sexual content."
Is this a joke? Is ASP not on a website called adultforge? I mean how am I supposed to promote ASP if I don't talk about porn?

I think the problem is that your site is specific only to porn, it should discuss about scripts.

By doing what Symtab said. Talk about the script and not porn. Talk about how it can be used for adult sites or also other sites but its made specifically for porn. Of course they aren't going to allow sexual content, they sell all sorts of kid friendly stuff. If you focus on the software you are promoting and not the content, you will get what you want.

Ok then, don't use Avangate then as they don't allow sexual content. Either you "phrase" your words about software that can be used for adult content OR you make an adult content site.
