I migrated servers and got the site up and going ok. I was trying to add new videos (embed code) and all the videos are being added to the last category. Is this something server side or is my CSV malformed?
It currently looks like:

And it worked before? I'm not sure about the ; separating the Categories and the Tags in the CSV. Do you have the auto_term set for the categories?

So I just checked my old CSV's and it looks like I was using ; as the separator for the fields and a , to separate the individual categories / tags. I am changing this now to see if this fixes it. RedTube uses the ; tag separator is you choose the | as a field separator. Might be something to look at. Also, I found a cosmetic bug, on mass CSV import (I think you said this was going away) under the separator drop-down it shows comma as comma(|) when it should be comma(,).
UPDATE & SOLVED: So not the issue as stated above. During migration apparently the auto-term field did not get populated in the new database. I resolved this and it has fixed it.
