Ad Zone for Header
Certain ads require the code be placed above the </header> tag. It would be nice to have an adzone for this.

Hmm...i dont see any reasons to have any javascript before </head>. Even the optimization howtos and firefox/chrome plugins expect javascript at the bottom of the page for faster loads.

Let JuicyAds handle the work. We will automatically redirect as much unique Mobile traffic as possible.
Copy and paste this code inside your website HEAD tags, as close to the top of the page as possible.
Important Guidelines:
1. Code should be pasted into the HEAD section of your website
2. If they are using our Mobile Javascript (Basic Method) code, this PopUnder needs to be pasted below it, not above it.
BLA also has some code that they say should be in the head section as well.

Its easy to add, but its not needed. You can just edit templates/your-template/header/tpl.php and add <?php echo p('adv', 'header-required'); ?> and then in Admin -> Advertising -> Groups -> Add, add a group with the SLUG header-required.

Just Add Code In Header.tpl I Have Done The Same For juicyads......
Really. 
I have done the same thing but it would be nice to not have to edit templates so I can run different campaigns to see how they perform.
