I have been looking in on some AVP sites with more than 20k videos and i found this message "No related videos found!"
I have not seen the code how you chose the related videos but is bad for productivity to have this message "No related videos found!"

It depends on the video. Basically the related videos are the ones that have similar tags and are from the same category (this can be disabled from admin). When you mass embed videos, most sites dont have tags, so the tags are created from the title, so there will be cases when no videos with similar tags are found.

Also if you keep your site on a dedicated/vps you can use sphinx and it will 100% find related videos.

That video doesnt have related videos because the Red Head category only contains 2 videos and those videos dont have any similar tags. If i set from the admin Related Category = no, then it will have related videos.
