URL upload and graber cronjob

When test the url upload and graber at admin menu it makes a lot of time to upload the video from server to server.
It will be great if there was a crojob that will download the video.

For the graber there is a cron, however for the url upload right now there is no cron. I could add it, but only after i finish the final version.
