Well for myself it would be easy to decide since the level1 and level2 plans on hostthename.com come without cpanal.
With a low ram usage plan you do not have more then you have now on the shared machine. I would take the small JaguarPC plan plus cPanel.

Well without knowing what disc space, bandwith, video views/hour/day, visitors etc you actually use it´s difficult to suggest a right plan. On a VPS machine you share the cpu with others. So a quad core may be better then a dual core but it costs more too.
If you compare these 2 hosts you see that the level4 plan on hostthename.com for $54.95 doesn´t offer much more then one of $19.95 on JaguarPC.
Are you on a dedicated machine now ?

Well i am on JaguarPC since 2 weeks now and i can say the very best about only. Their whole support is very competent, absolutely helpfully and friendly. Well i´m as friendly too since i´m the one who needs help. Maybe not all are and then the other part may react a bit 
too.
It´s difficult to suggest a plan not really knowing what all u wanna run on the machine. If you start completely new with the ASPRO script only you should be fine with Linux VPS Plus Plan since it has the double ram and disc space atm if you use the WHT Special link i posted above. You can simply upgrade to another plan without any problems or extra costs. Like i said above too i highly recommend the managed cPanel. As long as your not a linux expert you really need it to manage and setup your server right.
If you compare their VPS plans with other hosts you see the big difference. One thing you may not forget is that YOU have to manage most of your VPS server. But you may find some helping hands here if needed
If you do not own a domain yet i suggest to buy it on GoDaddy - it´s cheaper there

Well you may not forget that your CPU usage is limited to 384 kb as well as the Ram usage on the shared server. And with the Insurance there it´s almost as much as the smallest VPS machine on JaguarPC. Well you can try it anyways on a shared server there since you have the Anytime Money Back Guarantee there. What plan do u wanna buy ?
And you need to know that "unlimited" isn´t really unlimited at the end. You have the inodes rule, cpu usage and ram usage limits etc. On some hosts you may run 8 scripts / hour only etc etc etc. You better read their rules 3 times and ask their support each detail of your needs first.

ASPRO works fine at all on iCertified but i cannot suggest to go there anymore. I went there back to shared hosting from our dedicated server 3 weeks ago. The ASPRO script worked 100% fine. The only bad thing there is now that since they have change operating systems that does limit the resources any one account can use in a for my taste real bad way you may run into daily issues like we did. You will need to buy the Certified Protection for $6.95 / monthly that u do not get suspended.
We moved to a large VPS server on JaguarPC now (***removed URL, JaguarPC requested this, SEO stuff...***) . We are 1000 % HAPPY there now. Even if you start with a small one and you upgrade later this will stay on the upgraded one.

Like i mentioned already in another post simply make some questions to answer like "How many toes are on 5 feet" or "Is rain wet or dry" . Bots cannot handle these kinds of questions. I added this on all sites and NO bot was able to register anymore

For all clips that are imported as embedded and hotlinked are 2:00 duration shown and not the real time of 3 mins or 5 mins etc.
If i start "Regenerate Duration" i get the following error

If you have FXP-Transfer access on both servers you can easy directly transfer from one (old) server to the other (new) server. Just copy and dun move the files then you can test all on your new server before you remove all on the old one

3a is the Premium Support and includes new script versions with new features ( bugfix upgrades always belong to the free support 3.b ) .
