If you will ask me, I would go for Dreamhost since it has been knowned for years. I found it stable compared to other services you mentioned.

A lot of porn sites are free of charge. You can sell that domain instead as someone might be looking for such name. For your browser site, we could make it something like a mini search engines for adult sites.
