One day the owner of a porno store goes out for a while, leaving the shop to his
salesman. Soon a woman goes into the porno shop.
She asks, "How much for the white dildo?"
The Shopkeeper answers, "$35."
She: "How much for the black one?"
He: "$35 for the black one, $35 for the white one."
She: "I think I'll take the black one. I've never had a black one before."
She pays him, and off she goes.
A little bit later a black woman comes in and asks, "How much for the black
dildo?"
He: "$35."
She: "How much for the white one?"
He: "$35 for the white one, $35 for the black one."
She: "Hmmm... I think I'll take the white one. I've never had a white one
before..."
She pays him, and off she goes.
About an hour later a young blonde woman comes in and asks, "How much are your
dildos?"
He: "$35 for the white, $35 for the black."
She: "Hmmmmm... how much is that plaid one on the shelf?"
He: "Well, that's a very special dildo... it'll cost you $165."
She thinks for a moment and answers, "I'll take the plaid one, I've never had a
plaid one before..."
She pays him, and off she goes.
Finally, the guy's boss returns and asks, "How did you do while I was gone?" To
which the saleman responded, "I did really good, I sold one white dildo, one
black dildo, and I sold your thermos for $165!"

I'm having a problem.
First I uploaded a 70mb .flv video that I had ALREADY converted to .flv from my home computer to my server via FTP. I tried to "Upload from FTP" and it didn't work, but I think you said something about that previously.
So, then I used the regular "Upload" option and it took forever, I finally gave up and deleted the movie, after about 45 minutes.

So, I have to upload any given movie to the server from my home system after converting and watermarking then re-upload again through the admin panel from the server? Basically two uploads?
I have the option un-checked "FLV Convert (re-convert FLV files)", so it's not supposed to be reconverting.

Instead of embedding from other sites I plan on uploading my own content from now on, at least the majority to have some originality, watermarked and so that I can use ads properly, I even bought the commercial Flowplayer, but obviously I'd like to upload from the server without problems.

Any pointers?

Not now as I know you're extremely busy but what do you think about the idea of registered members being able to change the style of the template to one of their preference sometime in future releases?
Just a thought.

I just upgraded to RC2 (thank you) and noticed a small glitch.
When I press the upload button and switch over to photos I only have two categories.
I rebuilt the categories in the Admin panel.
