No freaking idea 
What you could do is edit modules/video/components/view.php and add:
die('The problem has nothing to do with the guest database/code!');before:
if ($video['embed_code'] == '' && VF::cfg_item('module.user.guest_limit') && !VBrowser::get('is_robot')) {Access some video now and tell me if you get the above message. If you dont get that message, then the guest functions are not the problem.

echo VF::debug(VBrowser::get('is_robot'));
echo VF::debug($friends);
echo VF::debug($user_id);before:
if (!VBrowser::get('is_robot') && $friends === TRUE) {When you access the video view page now, you will get 3 messages, please paste those 3 messages here.

You are either logged in or its a weird bug, that sees you as logged in. Maybe you selected remember me or something.

Okay how I can be logged from browser that I never use before ?
I try chrome, mozilla, opera, maxton and I only use mozilla fro log in.
Strange when I use my phone internet everything is okay but when I use some of my ip-s from my network make this problem.
Do you have some suggestions ?
What you mean by you aeither logged in ? You mean that I am logged is this possible to be logget from mozilla and to watch from chrome and opera etc. ?
Please advice it's just crazy bug.

How did you disable user id 9? Did you loggout? User id 0 means you are logged out. While logged out did can you do the 'Has nothing to do with the gues/database' code injection? It might be a crazy bug, but it has something to do with your setup, because for all other people that tested it works.

Hello again.
I just click disable on that user.
What I need to see here:
(boolean)

(integer) 0
everything to be okay ?
I test with many browsers also I test with virtual PC , test under safe mode I just don't understand how this is possible ...
Between where I can see advertising position places - I want to place banner into player but after I test don't see this
Also I still can't add videos for covnert also add videos 5 by 5 because it's crash when I try to add more than 5 videos at once just timeout error I think but ...
