Videos not converted to mp4?

When someone uploads a video its set to mp4 but when I approve the video it will not play unless I change it to FLV. Can someone help me fix this?

I discovered the same problem this day: all videos i uploaded past week are not converted in mp4 but only in flv.
In media/videos/mp4, files are not present but in media/videos/mobile folder, mp4 files are presents and works. In the logs folder appears nothing

Have you same issue?

Pfff...weird problem. Basically FLV conversion fails and MP4 conversion works, but the video only plays in FLV. Does this happen often? Also is the mp4 file present?

Yes Mp4 file is there in the folder. Happens with every user uploaded video. But not when uploaded from admin.

Hmmm...can you disable the flash uploader and test if it happens again?
