The videos are queued? Please make sure that you update all settings in Admin -> video -> Config -> Conversion to the default ones and then check again uploads/conversion.

Hi Adrian,
Admin -> Video -> Config
All parameters are default
Queue Uploads: NO
When do I upload from a URL, the video appears with the Queue status, and the title and tags disappear.
When do I upload from a file, the video appears always with the Queue status.
Home -> Tools -> Cron scripts
When I run the cron script manually, the videos are sometimes converted, others not and appearing error status

When you upload a video in the Admin Panel there is a queue option / video, which is always activated, i guess i should set it to what globally the queue is set. Send me FTP access and i will check.

I just send the login and the password (xfapzap.com)
1- Users can not upload (status converting) does not convert the video
Video -> Add ->Upload
2- Admin can upload, after conversion, the title and the description disappears
3- Admin always have the option Queue (YES)
4- Sometimes the video does not convert
I just test http://www.scriptdevel.com/admin/ and it is the same, the title and the discription desappear, (status converting) see the last upload video, user DiegoAlber
